Terms of use

Last updated: August 2026

The short version: Removly introduces you to removal companies. The quotes, prices and the move itself are theirs; the choice is yours; the contract for your move is between you and the company you pick. Here's what that means in practice.

What Removly is

An introduction service. You describe your move once; we pass the request to up to 5 removal companies covering your area, and they quote you directly. Using Removly is free for consumers and creates no obligation to accept any quote.

Quotes and your moving contract

Quotes come from the removal companies, not from us. Each company sets its own prices and is responsible for the accuracy of what it quotes; if you accept one, the contract for the move — price, dates, insurance, everything — is between you and that company. We don't set prices, don't carry out moves, and aren't a party to that contract.

If something goes wrong

Problems with a move or a quote go to the removal company first — it holds the contract and the insurance. If a company that quoted through Removly lets you down and won't put it right, tell us atcontact@removly.co.uk: we take complaints into account in whether a firm stays on the service. Problems with Removly itself — our site, our matching, our handling of your details — come to us and we'll put them right.

Our liability

We're responsible for the service we actually provide — running this site and passing your request to removal companies with reasonable care. We're not liable for the acts, omissions, quotes or performance of the removal companies themselves, and nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited.

Using the site

Submit real requests for real moves — companies pay for these introductions, and fake or automated submissions harm them and us. We may refuse or remove access for misuse.

Removal company terms

Companies receiving leads through Removly are covered by separate partner terms, shared at registration — seehow Removly works for removal companies.

The legal frame

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes about them belong to the courts of England and Wales. If we update the terms, the date at the top changes and the current version always lives at this address. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.
